Line audits and troubleshooting that trace yarn faults back to fibre and machine causes.
- Line audits and settings optimisation
- Yarn quality root-cause analysis
- Feedstock and blend assessment
Fibre-to-yarn machinery, process advice and length-preserving recycling. Staple Innovation helps Australian fibre processors, recyclers and spinners specify, supply and optimise opening, carding and spinning lines, so recovered and virgin fibre go further.
One technical partner for the whole fibre-to-yarn chain, whether you are trialling recycled feedstock or running a production line.
Line audits and troubleshooting that trace yarn faults back to fibre and machine causes.
Specification, supply, installation and commissioning of fibre processing equipment through our manufacturing partners.
Mechanical recycling designed around fibre length, with the testing to back up your sustainability claims.
Mechanical recycling shortens fibre. Short fibre spins weaker, more irregular yarn, sheds as waste, and limits how much recovered material a blend can carry.
We work on the stages that do the damage: feedstock preparation, tearing intensity, carding settings and blend design. The aim is to keep as much length as the material allows, and to prove it with testing.
Schematic only. Real results depend on feedstock, and we measure them on your material.
Your feedstock, your machinery and the problem you want solved. We reply within two business days.
